       I am Eriata Di Poet because my father was Eriata Idoni Oribhabor, a philosopher whose marbled deliveries were among what may have influenced my writing and promotion of poetry whilst supporting its reading, writing and performance for societal betterment. As one with a dyed-in-the-wool passion for poetry promotion that comes naturally as fun, I consciously look beyond the pages of lines written and rightly equates them as stages like physical stages, ever guided by the philosophy of poetry for service. My decision to hold a 3-city books unveiling/launching is primarily to take the message of poetry across my country starting with Lagos where I currently reside, to Abuja where I started writing for public consumption, one time chairman, the Association of Nigerian Authors (2012-2014) and had the privilege of being part of revolutionising her guest author reading sessions, alongside conducting several literary activities and that of the 100thousand poets for Change which I coordinated in concert with other poets. 

*On 20th May 2023,* I will be unveiling/launching my books in Warri where I was born and raised. For the first time, I will read a poem or two in that town and tell how I encountered pidgin, the driving engine of my thoughts and writing processes. It will avail me an opportunity to speak to her literary culture and shaky epithet - Warri no de carry last. Finally, the place of creativity in all that we do and seek to do will be highlighted. Deliberately, I will devote time to few spoken word performers to deliver creatively crafted messages to Waffarians irrespective of their calling. In all, the God of creativity will be deservingly extolled.
